In this sales leadership role you will set the sales strategy and carry out the execution. You will unlock new business opportunities and build relationships with business and IT stakeholders within your customer base to propel incremental sales. You will also partner with other teams, including channel, product specialists, and solutions engineers. They are advocates for our customers, providing market feedback to our development teams, and helping us always improve our customer experience.

Your background:

  • Two or more years of people management experience
  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience
  • A track record of achieving targets
  • You enjoy value selling
  • You're passionate about driving a sales cycle, build a pipeline, deliver accurate forecasting, and achieve revenue goals
  • Experience selling in Malaysia & Singapore 

As a Customer Success Exec, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are successful and satisfied with our products or services. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. You will onboard new customers, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts and will build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ultimate goal is to help our customers succeed, while also driving revenue growth for the company.

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of the product or service being offered
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
